I’ve been making clothes since I was ten.
Cutting up old jeans into patchwork mini-skirts. Using my dad’s rusty beer bottle lids as buttons. No one taught me. It was instinct, a need to make things with my hands that felt like me.
That instinct never left. I spent my life honing it, shaping it, studying it, trusting it. I spent four years studying fashion, pattern-making, design and production, four years working in the industry and decades of making with my own two hands.
This is what I was born to do.
I make garments that are simple, raw, and honest. Pieces designed to become a blank canvas for whoever wears them. The detail comes from the person. Their essence fills the piece.
For years I dreamt of working on my own time, by my own rules. As a woman, I know what it means to live by moon-time, to move with your body, not against a clock someone else invented.
That’s what FCK THE CLK means. A refusal. A rebellion. A rejection of the systems that tell us when to be, what to make, how fast to move. Time is a construct and I refuse to let it run me.
I love fashion. But I will not submit to what the industry has become. Fast fashion is a machine built on destruction, churning waste, polluting land and water, exploiting the people with the least power to say no. I watched it and I chose differently. I brought fashion back to its source: my hands, my home, my values.
Hemp and Organic Cotton is my fabric of choice. Breathable, durable, UV-protective, antibacterial, and grown with minimal impact on the land. What touches your body should come from something honest.
But honesty is a practice.
I’m on a path away from synthetics entirely, moving toward an all-natural wardrobe: hemp, silk, merino, deadstock fabrics that would otherwise go to waste. I’m not interested in greenwashing or promises I haven’t earned. What I can promise is that every decision I make moves in one direction: less harm, more integrity, deeper respect for the land this clothing comes from.
I cut each garment to move with you.
Silhouettes that flow.
Nothing that binds or restricts.
Because real freedom is something you can wear.
